Plans and prices

ToneBird Standard is $10 per month, or $96 per year.

ToneBird Pro is $40 per month, or $384 per year.

Annual plans are billed once for twelve months, at 20% below the monthly rate.

All prices are in US dollars.

Sales tax

Prices shown do not include sales tax. Where we're required to collect it, tax is calculated from your billing address and added to your total, on your first payment and on every renewal. Any tax you pay is listed separately on your receipt. Because tax depends on where you are and on the rules in force at the time, the tax on a renewal can differ from the tax on your previous payment, including going from none to some.

Automatic renewal

Every plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period (monthly plans every month, annual plans every twelve months) and your payment method is charged at the then current price. Renewal continues until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until that date your plan stays active and you keep every paid feature. After it, your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for unused time, including when you cancel an annual plan shortly after it renews. Cancelling stops your next charge; it does not return the current one.

Moving to a higher plan

You can move to a higher plan at any time. The change takes effect the moment you confirm it, and you keep your existing renewal date. You pay the difference between the two plans for the days remaining in your current period, not a full new period. We show you the exact amount before you confirm.

Switching from monthly to yearly

You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time. The change takes effect the moment you confirm it. You pay for the full year, less credit for the days you have already paid for and not used, and your renewal date moves to twelve months from that day. We show you the exact amount before you confirm.

What you cannot do

You cannot move to a lower plan, and you cannot switch from yearly back to monthly. If you no longer want your current plan, cancel it and subscribe again afterwards. Cancelling works as described above, and no money is returned for the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails

If your card is declined we retry over the following days and email you each time. If every attempt fails, your account returns to the Free plan. You can update your card at any time from Settings → Billing.

If the payment for a plan change is declined, the change does not happen and your current plan continues unchanged.

Gifted plans

If you were given a ToneBird plan, you can start a paid subscription at any time during the gift. Your first payment is taken when the gift ends, and paid time begins at that point. Subscribing early never shortens the gift.
